Welcome to my website and blog, where you can find my most recent wedding and engagement work alongside the occasional styled photo shoot.

I have a total love of and am constantly inspired by weddings, light and landscape, and I believe its a real honour to photograph some of the most important and poignant moments in a couples’ journey.   I photograph weddings in a romantic, fine art editorial style, as a friendly observer, using a mixture of natural documentary and some gently posed shots. I edit my images with a light and airy film look, I still love the look of film having shot weddings for 10 years with film before moving to digital.

I cherish each and every wedding, and take on a select number of weddings each year to be able to devote myself fully to each celebration. My time is yours, fully for the whole day so I will start when you wish and stay as long as you want. I stock a range of beautiful, bespoke wedding albums which can be added to your basic package if you wish.

My love of photography started at the age of 14 when I picked up my first camera, the anticipation of the first roll of film coming back was so exciting, I knew then that was all I wanted to do/be. I bought Vogue magazine every month and poured over the photography, noticing and loving the work of Sarah Moon in particular and her ethereal, romantic imagery. She has been my biggest photographic influence and I try and inject a little of that style into my wedding photography.

I have been very lucky to have my work  featured on  Rock My Wedding, Magnolia Rouge,  Love My Dress,  CoCo Wedding Venues,  Rock N Roll Bride,  Whimsical Wonderland Weddings, Brides Up North, The English Wedding Blog and French Wedding Style Blog. I have also had my work published in Wedding Magazine, Wedding Ideas, Unveiled Magazine,  Hello!, Cheshire and Lancashire Bride , Wedding Flowers and Woman and Home magazines.

I travel all over the UK and also love to photograph weddings in France.

Ahh thankyou so much that’s lovely, my mum messaged me with your date but unfortunately I am already bkked, so sorry, but I can recommend some great photographers and other great wedding suppliers who work in the Lakes as I do a lot of weddings up there, just let me know if you need any recommendations.
